No tanning option is completely without risk. We reduce risk by providing trained technicians, controlled exposure schedules, modern equipment, and hygiene standards. We never recommend excessive sessions and will advise on safe frequency for your skin type.

Some people should avoid tanning, including those with certain skin conditions, a history of skin cancer, or specific medication sensitivities. We perform an intake assessment and may decline or modify services if health concerns exist.

For UV tanning: bring any personal protective eyewear if you prefer reusable versions (we provide disposable options). For spray tan: come showered with no lotions or oils and wear loose, dark clothing after the session. We provide disposable items as needed.

Ideally, schedule a spray tan 24 to 48 hours before an event to allow the solution to fully develop and any residual bronzers to be rinsed. For urgent needs, express options are available — call (315) 323-1824 to confirm availability.

Chlorine and prolonged water exposure can accelerate fading. Avoid swimming for at least 24–48 hours after rinsing the bronzer off post-development to help the spray last longer.

Immediately after application (before rinsing), bronzers can transfer. Wear loose, dark clothing and rinse only after the recommended development time.

Session length depends on skin type, bed type, and your tanning history. Sessions commonly range from 5–20 minutes. We recommend shorter initial sessions for beginners.

Beginners should start with 1–2 sessions per week with at least 48 hours between sessions. This gradual approach builds a safer base and reduces the risk of burning.

Only use lotions and products recommended for indoor tanning. Oils intended for outdoor use can create uneven results and may degrade equipment finishes.
